Have your say, participate in our CTS Survey

October 19, 2021

Yesterday was a big day for The AIDS Network’s Consumption and Treatment Services (CTS) application process. The City of Hamilton’s Board of Health unanimously voted to support our application to open a second CTS site in Hamilton’s Ward 3. We are so thankful for this incredible municipal support of our plans to open this life-saving community resource, and are very excited to move forward with the next steps of our application.

As a first step in our ongoing community engagement strategy, we are consulting with the Ward 3 community and people with lived and/or living experience of drug use as a part of our application to the Ontario Ministry of Health to open our site. As an organization, we deeply value collaboration with community and want to ensure our site meets the needs of the people who use our services and the community at large. These first community survey’s will close on Sunday, October 24th, so don’t miss your chance to have your say, give us your feedback today! Whether you are totally onboard or have any questions or concerns, we want to hear from you.
