Important Notice – Programs and Services Update

March 12, 2020

We are an agency that prioritizes the health and wellbeing of our staff and all of the people we help, and the escalation of the COVID-19 global pandemic is something we are taking very seriously. We have made a decision to respond to this situation proactively, and so to do our part The AIDS Network will be suspending many of our programs and services out of our Hamilton, Oakville and Brantford locations. All group programs, workshops and trainings, and any large meetings will be put on hiatus, effective immediately. It is our hope that these measures will be short-term, and that we will be able to bring these programs and services back soon.

For the time being, our Hamilton office will remain open to provide harm reduction supplies, The Van will continue to distribute harm reduction supplies in Hamilton, and support workers will remain available in Hamilton, Halton, Haldimand, Nofolk and Brant for case management. We will also continue to provide space for all clinical services that operate out of our offices.
