The AIDS Network is pleased to announce the launch of our Haldimand Norfolk Brant Van Program . The Van mobile harm reduction program serving Haldimand, Norfolk, Brant County and Brantford will begin the week of May 4th. Our goal is to reduce or eliminate barriers to harm reduction services for people living in rural areas. It will be taking orders until 3pm from Monday – Friday, and making deliveries between 4pm-7pm. Due to the size of the region served, The HNB Van will only be available in certain regions on certain days, please see the schedule below.
Much like Hamilton’s Van program, people looking to access harm reduction supplies through the Van can call or text the Vans number to make arrangements for dropoff. Due to the current Covid 19 emergency, we are practicing physical distancing and so will deliver pre-packaged harm reduction gear with no-contact dropoff.
The HNB Van Number is 289-440-4912
Call or text on the day The HNB Van is serving your region by 3pm with a dropoff location and what you need, The HNB Van team will get back to you with an estimated delivery time between 4pm-7pm.
